A quiet note · not a job ad
I'm looking for the right engineer — not a crowd.
Kaleidoscope Systems is a neurodiversity-informed learning ecosystem — courses, community, and small live circles, built around accessibility from the ground up. The whole thing already exists as a finished, working prototype.
What I need now is one full-stack / product engineer to take it to production — and to build it so I can run it myself afterward. It's a real thing that needs wiring, not an idea that needs inventing. I'd rather find one person who wants to grow with this than post to a job board and sort through a hundred replies.
The shape of it
- Take a prototype to production — inherit real code and a real design, make it live, secure, and maintainable.
- Built to hand off — I'm technical and I intend to run it myself. No lock-in, clear docs.
- How I work — precise, everything in writing, async, and hands-off between milestones. Your time is yours; we hold each other to the milestones.
- Room to grow — starts as a scoped contract; real potential for an ongoing technical-partner role as the platform grows.
- Autistic & neurodivergent developers especially welcome. This is built by and for our community.

Tell me one system you took from rough to production, and one real thing you've shipped that you can walk me through. That's all — the full brief comes back to you by reply.
